TEAM REGISTRATION/CHECK-IN

a. All teams are required to check in, with proper credentials, one hour before their first scheduled game on Saturday. There is no Friday night team check in.

b. Each team will check in at the Headquarters tent located at their particular field venue. There are separate Headquarters tents, one for Classics Soccer Park, and one at Sporting Valley, so wherever you play your first game on Saturday, you will check in there one hour prior to your first kick-off. Please note that check in is not done at the field, but at the headquarters tent.

d. During the registration process your team will be given match report cards and directions on how to handle them at each game, which are also listed below.

Match Report Cards: Each game has a match report card. It is your responsibility as a team manager or coach to completely fill each card out, by printing legibly and neatly, and then turn it into the headquarters tent at your field venue. Procedure are as follows;

a. Before each game, both teams will give their match report card to the center referee.

b. Center referee will sign and fill out the match report card with final scores and you should get the it back from him after that.

c. Immediately turn in your match report card to the nearest headquarter tent.

d. Failure to turn in match report card may result in an incorrect score posting which could effect your teams advancement.

e. Both teams are required to turn in their match report cards so that all scores are verified. Win, lose, or draw, please always turn in your cards.
